Finditt hasn’t quite found it…
A new news search engine called finditt.com has launched with the angle that it allows businesses to post their news releases faster than typical news sites such as Google. People can submit their release directly to Finditt, instead of waiting for the spiders to find the release and then post. I went to the politics section and all of the news articles were from the Washington Post. I would guess they are still working out the bugs, but this could be great for those of us trying to get a release out there fast. We will just have to hope that Finditt gets the traffic necessary to make it worthwhile.

Finditt accepts news feeds as you state above which is correct…in addition we do accept news and press releases submitted directly to the Finditt site. This service is typically available through news and press release service sites. After a company submits their release they wait for the site they submitted to to be spidered hoping their release appears.
Through Finditt you can now submit releases directly to the site which is a asearch engine as well.
Traffic is increasing and with the added features continues to buld content.
Thank you for your interest.
